Return and Refund Policy
I always want you to be happy with the products that you have purchased from DuckvilleSoapCo, if for any reason you are not satisfied please read below:
Returns: Due to these products being handmade and I guarantee to you that items have never been used by anyone else, I do not accept returns.
Refund/Replacement: Contact me within 48hrs (2 days) of receipt of damaged product with photo attached at duckville@norax.net and a replacement item will be sent out or a refund of purchase will be issued. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
